5. Product Arrival Information
  • Tracking number is provided to you as soon as the product is ready to dispatch.
  • Once the parcel or package is arrived then our assistant will get in touch with you for the steps of assembling and installing.
6. Furniture Delivery and Fitting Spaces
  • We believe in personalized delivery and also assist in assembling and installing of furniture wherever required. The measurements provided by us will match accurately with your space or rather that perfectly fits in your space. For products that require installation kindly advise the team beforehand to visit the location and instruct them to fix the product accordingly.
7. Post Product Arrivals Things & Receives a Damage Product
  • Check the product as soon as it arrives at your premises for any breakages, unfinished patches, cracks, etc. If you face any such issues actions will be taken by us immediately but once the delivery person left your premises and the product is delivered, only the manufacturing defects and the breakages that mentioned in the warranty policy will be covered under this.
  • If you find any defect or find something wrong at the time of delivery of product then bring it in immediate notice to the support technician we will try to look into it and will take immediate action for any minor issues and if there is any major issue then you can contact us either through toll free number or can drop an email and we will assist you in best possible way.
