RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ CANCELLATION POLICY

At eumöbel, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review the following policy carefully to understand the terms for returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

 

1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are applicable only in cases where the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, and eligibility may vary depending on the type of product.
  • In the event of a valid issue, we will take appropriate action by either sending replacement parts, dispatching a service technician, or replacing the product entirely.
  • Customers must be physically present at the time of delivery to inspect the product. If any concerns arise, our team will assist on the spot.
  • Once the furniture is delivered in good and satisfactory condition, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The damage or defect must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Claims made afterward will not be considered./li>
  • IThe product must remain unused and returned in its original packaging along with all tags, barcodes, warranty cards, and accessories.
  • Returned items will be verified by the eumöbel team. If the return claim is found to be unjustified or not in accordance with our policy, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
  • In cases where the product is eligible for repair or replacement, we will make the necessary arrangements from our nearest service center or branch.
3. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed, so we advise customers to review their selections carefully before confirming their purchase.
  • If a cancellation is approved under exceptional circumstances, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable order processing charges.
4. Post-Delivery Liability
  • Our responsibility ends once the product is successfully delivered to the customer’s premises.
  • We are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft occurring after delivery.
5. False Claims
  • If a complaint is found to be superficial, fraudulent, or baseless, eumöbel reserves the right to pursue legal action. The customer will be held solely responsible for all related legal and administrative costs.
