• Exchange is only possible if you have received a damaged product and that depends on type of product. We shall be sending necessary parts or replacement or send out technicians to fix the problem.
  • Once furniture is delivered in good and satisfactory condition we cannot offer any return/refund or cancellation.
  • We request the customer to be physically present at the time of delivery to check the furniture and if they have any queries in mind then our team will assist them with time being.
  • In case of cancellation amount will be refunded after deducting order processing charges.
  • After delivery of the goods eumöbel will not be responsible for any damage or theft, our responsibility ceases as soon as the products are delivered to the customer’s premises.
  • If the complaint made by you is superficial or baseless then eumöbel will have the right to take legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all the costs incurred.
  • For returning any products you should comply with the mentioned conditions bellowed:
    • Customers’ needs to inform of a damaged/defective product at the time of delivery. Failing to which eumöbel will not be held liable for replacement of order.
    • Products should be unused and the original packing should be same along with the original price tags, bar codes, Warranty cards etc.
    • The returned product will be verified by our eumöbel team and if found that the claim is not legitimate or the complaint/ return is not lawful then the customer will be required to bear the shipping charges.
    • If the product can be replaced from our branch then we will get it repaired and send it back to you.
  • No cancellation will be entertained once you placed an order with us, so be careful while placing an order.
